General Terms and Conditions
These general terms and conditions apply to all training courses, coaching programs, and other services provided by Checkin2flow, a sole proprietorship located in Vijfhuizen.
1. Services
Checkin2flow offers customized training, team coaching, and individual coaching for both organizations and individuals. The content and format of the services are tailored to the specific situation and needs of the client and/or participant.
2. Formation of the Collaboration
A collaboration is established and becomes binding after written confirmation by email and/or acceptance of a quote. All amounts mentioned in quotes and order confirmations are exclusive of VAT and any travel and accommodation costs, unless otherwise stated.
3. Invoicing and Payment
Invoicing takes place after the assignment or program has been completed. The payment term is 30 days from the invoice date. Submitting a complaint or objection does not release the client from their payment obligation.
4. Cancellation by Client
Cancellation of a training or program is possible free of charge up to 30 calendar days before the agreed start date.
For cancellations between 7 and 30 calendar days before the start, 50% of the total assignment amount will be charged.
For cancellations within 7 calendar days before the start, 100% of the total assignment amount will be charged.
5. No-show
In the event of a no-show by the client or participant(s) without timely cancellation, 100% of the relevant part of the assignment will be charged.
6. Cancellation or Rescheduling by Checkin2flow
If a training or session cannot proceed on the scheduled date due to force majeure on the part of Checkin2flow, the client will be informed as soon as possible. A new date will be agreed upon in mutual consultation. All other agreements remain in force. Checkin2flow is not liable for any damage or costs arising from a date change.
7. Confidentiality
Checkin2flow handles all personal, company, and work-related information provided by clients or participants with care and confidentiality. This data will not be shared with third parties unless legally required.
8. Intellectual Property
All training courses, methodologies, and materials developed by Checkin2flow, including but not limited to slides, handouts, and exercises, remain the property of Checkin2flow. These materials may not be reproduced, distributed, or used commercially without prior written permission from Checkin2flow, with clear attribution.
9. Liability
Checkin2flow prepares and conducts training and coaching with care and attention. The responsibility for choices, behavior, and results always lies with the client and the participants themselves. Checkin2flow can only be held liable for direct damage that is the demonstrable consequence of shortcomings in the execution of its work.
10. Complaints
Complaints can be submitted in writing to Checkin2flow, Vesting 36, 2141 MD Vijfhuizen. Checkin2flow takes complaints seriously and aims for careful and appropriate handling. Submitting a complaint does not suspend the payment obligation.
11. Applicable Law
Dutch law applies to all agreements and services provided by Checkin2flow.
